Pricing depends on the service, property size and condition, cleaning frequency, and requested tasks. We’ll review your needs and provide a quote. 

Standard maintenance cleans include dusting of surfaces, sanitizing of counters, sinks, showers, toilets. Bathrooms always get a deep clean (minus the inside of cabinets). Vacuuming, and mopping. Spot cleaning of cabinet/drawer fronts are also included.

Deep cleans include all items in a standard clean plus baseboards, ceiling fans (reachable), light fixtures (reachable), light switches, doors, door jams, spot cleaning of walls (walls will depend on type of paint and level of cleaning needed).

Interior of appliances, interior of cabinets, under stove and refrigerators, interior windows, high chairs, bed making.

 Refrigerator, oven, and microwave interiors are available as add-on services. Appliances must be accessible; refrigerators should be emptied and ovens cool. Additional charges may apply based on size and condition. 

 Yes. Custom cleans are available for specific needs, such as bathrooms, kitchens, or other priority areas.

No, these are add on options. 

That is completely up to you, with what you are comfortable with.

Yes. We bring and use our own equipment and products. If you would prefer us to use something different, you must supply it.

All payments are do upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.

You may leave cash or check. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, credit/debit card, and ACH payments.

We service Jacksonville, Richlands, Hubert, Swansboro, Emerald Isle, Cape Carteret, and Maysville areas.
